Jon Medved Founder, CEO
Jonathan Medved has been part of the founding teams at several successful Israeli startups, and as a venture and angel investor over the past two decades he invested in almost 250 startup companies, helping to bring 25 of them to values in excess of $100M. Medved was previously the co-founder and CEO of Vringo, a leader in the innovation, development and monetization of mobile technologies and intellectual property. Medved led Vringo to a successful completion of its IPO (Initial Public Offering) on the NYSE:AMEX in June, 2010. Prior, Medved was the founder and General Partner of Israel Seed Partners, one of Israel's leading venture capital funds, which had $262M under management in four funds and has been an investor in 60 leading Israeli companies.

Andy Kaye President & Chief Institutional Officer
Andy spent over 21 years in the finance industry, working with world leading high-tech and growth companies from all over the globe. His experience includes 7 years at Robertson Stephens where he was CEO and head of their Israel practice and head of two European industry groups. He spent four years as regional head for CIBCWM's investment banking operation and five years in China as Head of Asia for William Blair, followed by two years in London as Managing Director of EMEA Tech. Throughout his career Andy has excelled in establishing and expanding operations in new and existing markets, developing them to become significant players and industry leaders.

Ron Stern Head of Portfolio Management
Ron has over twelve years of experience working in Growth Equity and Venture Capital investing, predominantly with Israeli related companies. Ron was a seven year partner with Shamrock (Disney) where he built the Israeli investing team and facilitated four IPO's of Shamrock's portfolio companies. Ron later served as a scout for Kleiner Perkins and was a senior international advisor to the Pritzker Group. Ron's operational experience includes serving as CFO of Adgorithms, an Israel based AI marketing company, which Ron helped take public on the London Stock Exchange, raising over $40M to the company and its shareholders.

Eli Nir General Partner & Head of Investments
Eli has been a partner and investment committee member at Amiti Venture Capital and a Board member on Amiti’s behalf in Sckipio and Corephotonics. Amiti VC is an early stage Israel-based fund focusing on deep intellectual property multi-disciplinary technologies and teams. Prior to Amiti, Eli had been VP for Research and Development and a member of the management in AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC), managing multinational R&D teams. Previously, Eli served as a senior officer in one of the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) elite intelligence technological units, heading both operational units and large development groups.

Morry Blumenfeld Venture Partner, MedTech
Dr. Morry Blumenfeld is President and CEO of Quescon Consultants, Ltd., a medical device consulting company and a Partner in Meditech Advisors, LLC. He was an executive with General Electric for nearly 35 years and served GE Medical Systems Business in many roles, including initiating both the CT and MRI businesses, as well as serving as the Managing Director of GE Medical Systems in Israel. Morry holds five patents and has served on an IEEE Standards Committee, a number of Advisory Boards. He serves or has served on the Boards of a number of medical device and technology companies in the USA and Israel. Dr. Blumenfeld received his undergraduate degree and PhD from the University of Toronto.

Ron Moritz Venture Partner, Cybersecurity and Enterprise Infrastructure
Ron Moritz is a well-regarded software industry executive with over 30 years of broad operational, strategy and P&L experience. He served as a member of the distinguished corporate or cybersecurity business unit leadership teams at premier Fortune 500 technology companies Microsoft, Symantec, and CA Technologies, and as CTO of Finjan Software. Most recently, Ron was the CEO of Israeli startup, BioCatch, an innovator in cognitive biometrics and continuous authentication. Ron launched TrueBit Cyber Partners to provide truth, clarity and confidence in cybersecurity investments and acquisitions.

Alec Ellison Advisory Board
Alec Ellison was a Vice Chairman for 5+ years at Jefferies, spent nearly 30 years in investment banking covering technology companies – first at Morgan Stanley, then Broadview International, and then with Jefferies, after Jefferies acquired Broadview in 2003 (he was President of Broadview at the time). At Jefferies, he held various positions in addition to leading the Tech group including Co-Head of Investment Banking and serving 7 years on the firm-wide Executive Committee. His academic background is a BA from Yale (summa cum laude) and MBA from Harvard (high distinction).
